You'll serve as a key point of contact between our call center, customers, and technicians, while helping keep schedules tight, communication clear, and service seamless. ? What Youu2019ll Do + Receive and dispatch service installation orders + Coordinate with field teams, technicians, and subcontractors + Resolve customer inquiries and escalated issues + Schedule and prioritize jobs based on urgency, skills, and location + Maintain accurate logs, records, and communications + Support smooth operations and handle multiple tasks efficiently u2705 What Weu2019re Looking For + Excellent communicator (oral and written) + Strong multitasking and time management skills + Calm under pressure with sound decision-making abilities + Proficient in basic computer use and data entry + High School diploma or equivalent + Open availability (Monu2013Fri, 6 AMu20139 PM & rotating Sat, 8 AMu20135 PM) + Willingness to work overtime as needed Requirements + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Experience with basic computer skills and data entry + Proficient communication skills (oral and written) + Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities + Sound judgment and critical thinking + Ability to work well under pressure + High School diploma or equivalent + Candidates must have open availability to work shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, as well as 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on rotating Saturdays.
