This newly created role supports exponential growth in robotics and plays a critical part in driving multiple product launches, managing advisory boards, and delivering a unified marketing strategy across our global platform. If you're passionate about innovation, stakeholder engagement, and improving patient outcomes, this is your opportunity to make a global impact.What will you be doing?Leading global marketing strategy and execution for our robotics platformSupporting a high volume of product launches across US and international marketsDeveloping cohesive marketing strategies and value propositions for the robotics ecosystemManaging user advisory boards and innovation councilsDriving product innovation through surgeon engagement and user group feedbackCollaborating cross-functionally with portfolio teams and international stakeholdersShaping launch strategy and commercialization readinessMonitoring performance and driving continuous improvementWhat will you need to be successful?Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferredExtensive experience in orthopaedics marketing (robotics experience is a plus)Proven success in upstream / downstream marketing rolesStrong stakeholder engagement and KOL management skillsTechnical background (e.g., bioengineering) welcomedYou.
