About the role We're hiring a SeniorManager, Demand Generation to own the programs and systems that drivepipeline for our sales team. You'll set the strategy, run the channels,and build repeatable playbooks - with accountability for real results.This is a senior IC role with autonomy, clear priorities, andcross-functional support, where execution and impact matter above allelse. What you'll do Lead end-to-end demand generation with fullaccountability - choose channels, allocate resources, and executerapidly to generate measurable pipeline impact. Run and optimizemulti-channel programs - paid, lifecycle (email & automation), contentamplification, and events - focused on impact and conversion. Buildrepeatable, scalable playbooks and processes that turn experiments andcampaigns into predictable pipeline growth. Use data to act fast,interpret trends and prioritize initiatives that move the needle. Maximize funnel performance, working closely with Sales and ProductMarketing to tighten handoffs, improve lead quality, and accelerateconversions. Lead rapid experimentation, testing new channels,messages, and tactics, and scaling what delivers consistent results. Drive quarterly channel planning and forecasting, making resource andinvestment decisions grounded in measurable outcomes. Expand capacitystrategically, sourcing and managing contractors or vendors as needed tomaintain speed and quality. Own channel ROI and performance, makingclear, data-backed decisions on where to double down or pivot. Whatyou'll bring 5-8+ years of B2B demand generation or growthexperience with direct ownership of pipeline- or revenue-drivingprograms. Hands-on expertise in paid channels, lifecycle marketing,and multi-touch funnel optimization. Proven ability to turn scatteredefforts into structured, repeatable, scalable systems and playbooks. Comfortable interpreting data, making decisions quickly, and acting withurgency. Experience driving alignment and influence across Sales andGTM teams. Decisive, results-focused mindset: you prioritize impact,experiment fast, and scale what works. The pay range for this positionis 127,500 -- 170,000 -- 212,500.The actual pay will vary based ongeographic location, job type, professional experience, and otherfactors.
