Psychotherapist

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Provides clinical services to youth, adults, and/orfamilies in a setting best fit to participant needs (e.g., in the home,community telehealth, office). This may include: assessment, therapeuticinterventions, and evaluation of progress Participate actively inrecovery teams of participants, including attendance at (or facilitationof) team meetings, consultation with other providers and team memberswhen appropriate, and recommend additional services or providers whenapplicable Utilize effective strategies to engage program participants,enhance motivation, and encourage meaningful, collaborative, andstrengths-based goal planning and progress. Conduct psychologicalevaluations as appropriate. As needed, provide in the moment support,skills coaching and intervention (in person or via phone) in accordancewith the needs of the youth and family. As applicable, assists witheducation about and planning for community-based alternatives (formal respite, transportation, in-home support, etc.) to inpatienthospital admissions. Provide screening and assessment, service linkage,service facilitation, skill development, and other allowable andappropriate services on the CCS service array in a manner that is traumainformed, culturally relevant, and non-stigmatizing. Provide servicewithin your scope of practice following all federal, state and localregulations. Complete charting for all billable services and all otherdocumentation with the CCS time frame, 48 hours. Complete allparticipant-related and program-related paperwork according toestablished timelines. Participate in supervision in line with CCSPolicies and licensure requirements, one hour of individuals supervisionand one hour of group supervision weekly. OTHER EXPERIENCEAND QUALIFICATIONS: Valid State of Wisconsin Licensed Clinical SocialWorker (LCSW) OR State of Wisconsin Licensed Professional Counselor(LPC) OR State of Wisconsin Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist(LMFT) OR State of Wisconsin Psychologist Individuals with IT (InTraining) licenses are encouraged to apply. Supervision provided byLicensed Psychologist. Current Comprehensive Community Servicescertification or ability to obtain certification with three months ofemployment. Minimum 1-year experience working with adolescents orfamilies on issues related to mental health, intellectual,developmental. or other disabilities. Commitment to strength-based,trauma-informed, recovery-focused programming Experience working withand providing CCS is desired.
