Business Analyst

Description We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle applications and technology, paired with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. This role requires someone who can deliver innovative solutions to enhance business processes and support operational efficiency. Responsibilities: u2022 Partner with organizational leaders to prioritize tasks, projects, and process improvements. u2022 Implement enhancements and changes to existing business processes to drive operational efficiency. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, both locally and globally, to optimize business systems. u2022 Analyze current and future business needs to develop solutions that integrate various operations seamlessly. u2022 Investigate user-reported issues and coordinate with support teams to resolve them effectively. u2022 Participate in audits and provide assistance as needed to ensure compliance. u2022 Manage Oracle Cloud integrations, including creating or modifying integrations based on business requirements. u2022 Utilize Oracle Fusion extensions to write or modify scripts and customize applications. u2022 Maintain and manage data tables and logic within Oracle environments to support business functions. u2022 Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization's objectives. Requirements u2022 A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 3 years in a functional support role with Oracle Cloud (Fusion). u2022 Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Modules such as Procurement, Cost Management, Manufacturing, and Finance. u2022 Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. u2022 Demonstrated interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, senior management, and external vendors. u2022 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. u2022 Technical expertise in Oracle Cloud integrations and Oracle Fusion extensions, including groovy scripting. u2022 Familiarity with tools such as Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. u2022 Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies and conducting gap analysis to identify areas of improvement.
