Reliability Engineer, Global Reliability Programs

Description Reliability Engineer responsible for leading global technical initiatives across Customer Fulfillment, supporting standard processes and procedures, training, and partnering cross-functionally to improve reliability, quality, and operational efficiency at scale. This role requires up to 70% travel. Your day includes reviewing WBR metrics, leading RCA efforts, auditing quality and timelines, and supporting CI projects that improve uptime and maintenance effectiveness. You collaborate closely with RME, Ops, SMEs, and OEMs to pilot and scale solutions, support new asset introductions, and influence reliability performance across your assigned business unit and region. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
