Description Reliability Engineer responsible for leading global technical initiatives across Customer Fulfillment, supporting standard processes and procedures, training, and partnering cross-functionally to improve reliability, quality, and operational efficiency at scale. This role requires up to 70% travel. Key job responsibilities u2022 Lead and implement large-scale technical solutions across multiple facilities and regions u2022 Support training, quality checks, and and best practice initiatives and policies u2022 Drive cross-functional collaboration with vendors and internal teams u2022 Manage complex technical projects from conception to implementation u2022 Provide technical leadership and expertise across multiple platforms and technologies A day in the life As a Reliability Engineer, you drive the Top Offending Asset and Closing Codes program by analyzing network data, identifying key offenders, and partnering with sites and support teams to deliver measurable improvements. Your day includes reviewing WBR metrics, leading RCA efforts, auditing quality and timelines, and supporting CI projects that improve uptime and maintenance effectiveness. You collaborate closely with RME, Ops, SMEs, and OEMs to pilot and scale solutions, support new asset introductions, and influence reliability performance across your assigned business unit and region. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
