Pre-Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: + Manage and oversee the firmu2019s pre-litigation matters with the support of case managers, assistants, and specialized departments (property damage, medical records, demands, negotiations, and lien resolution). + Strategically evaluate case value and liability issues, working closely with clients and staff throughout the process. + Provide mentorship and direction to support staff handling intake, negotiations, and medical documentation. + Collaborate with the trial team for seamless transition of cases, where appropriate.
