Join the herd and unlock youropportunity. Why You'll Love This Role Cribl is looking for an ad andemail-obsessed Demand Generation Manager to help drive our digitalexperience to the next level. The ideal candidate will berevenue-centric, fully comfortable working directly in the tools, andable to report on impact with clarity and precision. You'll spend yourtime writing copy, working with our design team to deliver compellingcreative, and collaborating with our internal marketing operations andad operations agency to launch and measure activity in paid social, paidsearch, and Marketo. This will include always-on buyer journeyactivations, ABM 1:Many and 1:Few, campaign launches, and a constantcycle of test-and-learn experimentation across email nurture and digitalads. Our demand generation engine is already leading the field in termsof innovation and creativity - you'll be joining to help us level it upagain. We'll want you to bring both the left and right sides of yourbrain to take your ideas from 'wouldn't that be cool' to 'look howmuch pipeline this contributed'. It probably goes without saying atthis point - but you'll be good at working with AI to improvecreativity and efficiency. To support you in all this, you'll haveaccess to some of the best tools in martech and attribution, and you'llbe surrounded by like-minded marketers ready and willing to help youbring your ideas to life. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will... Own the execution and continuous optimization of ads in our global,always-on digital experience and 1-to-many programs, managing ourexternal agency to implement across platforms, test, learn, optimize,and report on impact. Design email nurture paths based on bestpractices, understand deliverability and performance metrics, anddeliver data-led optimizations. Provide support for other programsthat support our buyer journey nurture strategy including third-partyreview programs (ex. PeerSpot), funnel acceleration ad campaigns, andintent data activation. Work closely with our marketing operationsteam to scope operational requirements to ensure proper lead capture &flow; familiarity with Marketo is a strong plus. Possess a strongunderstanding of ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Bing, Reddit), CRM &marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo), and multitouchattribution platforms. Have a strong understanding of what it takesto create compelling ads for paid search & paid social (writing ad copyworking with input from SMEs in Product Marketing, conceptualizingcreative / design, etc..) and work effectively with our Creative team tobring these to life.
