Overview Address: 419 N 9th Street, St Louis MO 63101 Hours: Must have open availability Pay : $20.00 per hour Requirement: Must have a valid driveru2019s license Basic Qualifications: u2022 Must have a valid driver's license u2022 Must be 18 years of age or older u2022 No high school diploma, GED or college degree required Job Description: The Garage Porter provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. Responsibilities: + Maintain cleanliness and safety of the parking garage + Sweep, blow leaves, and remove debris from garage floors and surrounding areas + Gather and empty trash from designated receptacles + Operate cleaning equipment including pressure washers and air blowers + Clean stairwells, elevators, and other common areas within the garage + Follow procedures for safe use of cleaning chemicals and power equipment + Notify Manager of any maintenance needs or safety hazards + Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, co-workers, and supervisors + Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities + Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal, change lights bulbs or other incidental duties as required + Must be able to lift 50lbs Benefit Information: ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.
