Senior Federal Budget Consultant

Job Family : Finance & Accounting Consulting, Finance Strategy Administration Travel Required : Up to 10% Clearance Required : Active Public Trust What You Will Do : + Perform budget execution activities as assigned. This may include extracting, analyzing, summarizing and preparing data for presentation from the financial system, travel system, purchase card tool, etc. + Manage multiple Spend Plan, conduct reconciliation between the financial reports and the spend plan; identify inconsistencies or imbalances, collaborate with stakeholders and provide recommendation / mitigation strategy to address the issues/concerns + Track commitments, obligations, expenditures using systems like the Federal Financial Management System (FFMS) + Provide support in building and maintaining CSD budget dashboard. + Analyze financial data and prepare complex financial reports and briefings. + Allocate and track funding across multiple subdivisions and program codes. + Reconcile plan funding with actual expenditures What You Will Need : + Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD
