Production Machine Operator u2013 Jacksonville, FL Kelly Services is currently seeking a Production Machine Operator at one of our Global clients in Jacksonville, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position. This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. Title: Production Machine Operator Location: Jacksonville (32256), onsite Pay: $19hr; plus benefits and PTO Hours: M-Thurs 5am-5pm Duration: Long term POSITION SUMMARY: + Under general supervision performs all responsibilities necessary to operate, troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain the injection molding machines and metrology equipment. + Able to perform a variety of tasks needed to monitor and adjust the process to improve quality. + Assist with Preventative Maintenance of equipment. Monitor equipment and process status for new products. + Able to perform routine cleaning and non-routine maintenance with adherence to all safety policies and procedures. + Adheres to environmental policy and procedures and supports department environmental objectives. + Maintain current knowledge and adhere to provisions of FDA, OSHA, GMP, MPs, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, equipment specifications and process specifications. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES: + Monitors and adjusts the process to improve throughout. + Responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting the equipment while adhering to all safety procedures in the Injection Molding area. + Performs routine cleaning and clearing of equipment. QUALIFICATIONS: + High School Degree or equivalent 2+ years maintenance or engineering experience with high volume production line environment. + General knowledge and troubleshooting skills in one or more of the following areas: o Process improvement o electro/mechanical devices o safety devices o equipment installation o debug and qualification o electro-mechanical troubleshooting/repair o production start-up o equipment process development o mechanical devices controller o Troubleshooting o CNC Machining Flexibility to rotate between day and night shift. + Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. + Office equipment used: personal computer, printer, copier, Microsoft Office Suite, other software as required. + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + Basic hand tools + Physical demands of the job include: stooping, crouching, walking, pulling, light lifting up to 25 pounds , grasping, hearing, visual acuity, kneeling, reaching, pushing, talking, standing, fingering, and climbing. + Inside environmental conditions: in an air-conditioned manufacturing environment.
