In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, documenting procedures, assisting with SOP training, and tracking key operational metrics. You will also evaluate current processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and expand the capacity of the distribution center network. Success in this role relies on strong collaboration with teams across the organization.MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:- BS Degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering, and/or equivalent work experience.- 1-3+ years of experience in Distribution centers.- Familiar with lean manufacturing principles and practices.- 5+ Years Experience in Microsoft Excel, preferred MS Access, and knowledge of SQL, Power Bi, and Python (would be a plus)- Time Studies software.- Drug Screening- Understanding of computer databases, statistic applications, and logistics programs.- Proven knowledge of Automation and Material handling solutions: picking and packing technology.- Strong organization, time-management, prioritization, multi-tasking, independent-decision making, problem-solving, interpersonal, analytical, etc. skills.- Works well under deadlines, self-starter, innovative, team-oriented, customer-focused, etc.- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:Review current distribution center processes and identify opportunities for improvement: reduce cycle time, increase throughput, improve quality, safety, and cost savings.Observe and evaluate employees' tasks and responsibilities to identify bottlenecks and issues related to systems, procedures, or pace.Make recommendations to modify processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flow diagrams, and work instructions.Assist with SOP training across warehouse functions.[]{style=
