Learn more at Fuller is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to grow and retain adhesive product market share, within our Wood & Composite business segment. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of regional accounts, developing new business opportunities, and delivering value-based solutions to customers across the Western US.Territory - California, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Washington and Montana.Ideal candidate will reside in California, Arizona, Oregon or WashingtonPrimary ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Sales FocusManage a territory with $5.9M in revenue responsibilityFocus on long, consultative sales cycles (6-12 months) with multiple stakeholdersDrive 20% business development while maintaining and growing existing accountsApply specialized technical knowledge to support customer needs and product demonstrationsDeliver pricing and margin aligned with business strategy using value-selling techniquesCustomer Value CreationBuild strong customer relationships and deliver tailored value propositionsPromote and sell innovative H.B. Fuller technologiesProvide market insights and strategic guidance to customersDemonstrate ability to teach customers about trends and solutionsFunctional ExcellenceIndependently manage technical problem-solving and product demonstrationsUtilize Salesforce and other tools to manage pipeline and forecastingMaintain compliance with all EHS requirementsProvide timely reporting and collaborate cross-functionallyBusiness AcumenImplement pricing strategies and manage profitabilityOptimize offers using supply chain knowledgeManage expenses and contribute to overall business efficiencySales CompetenciesStrong negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsEffective territory and time managementProven ability to prospect, listen actively, and influence decision-makersTeam-oriented with a collaborative mindsetMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree5+ years of B2B sales experienceValid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory - up to 70«ility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Preferred RequirementsBachelor's degree in technical, mechanical, marketing, or chemistry fieldAdhesives sales experience#LI-MM1Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible to participate in the Sales Incentive addition to your salary, H.B.
