Description A wellu2011established organization is seeking a highly organized and detailu2011driven Administrative Assistant to support two senior leaders within the HR function. This role is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, thrives in a fastu2011paced environment, and enjoys providing exceptional administrative and eventu2011planning support. You will serve as a key partner to HR leadership while interacting regularly with employees, guests, and external contacts. Administrative Support + Greet employees, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a polished and professional first impression. + Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, reports, and internal documents. + Manage calendars for HR leadership, including scheduling meetings, interviews, trainings, and internal events. + Assist with data entry, HR document organization, and maintenance of highly confidential information. + Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and dayu2011tou2011day administrative needs. + Draft and refine communications on behalf of HR leaders and follow up on delegated tasks. Operational & HR Support + Help gather and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and HR initiatives. + Support time tracking, expense submissions, and invoice preparation. + Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems and ensure all documentation is easily retrievable. + Support special HR projects, trainings, and employeeu2011focused initiatives as needed. Event Planning & Coordination + Coordinate food, beverages, and room setups for meetings, trainings, interviews, and HRu2011hosted events. + Manage conference room scheduling and ensure spaces are meetingu2011ready. + Plan and support internal celebrations, employee events, newu2011hire gatherings, and other HRu2011sponsored functions. + Be thoughtful about menu planning, dietary restrictions, budgets, and presentation standards. Requirements What Weu2019re Looking For + Bacheloru2019s Degree REQUIRED + 1u20132 years of administrative experience preferred, but strong recent graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply. + Exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Professional presence with a strong customeru2011service orientation. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). + Discretion, reliability, and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
