Description Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Client Advisor with demonstrated financial planning and client management experience to join the FOS team in proactively supporting the complex wealth management needs of our UHNW clients and their families ($25M+). The Client Advisor will be an instrumental member of the client relationship team in analyzing, developing, and implementing comprehensive financial plans and overall wealth management strategy. Working alongside our highly experienced Lead Relationship Managers (LRM), the Client Advisor will be in frequent and direct communication with the clients. Responsibilities:u2022 Collaborate with LRMs in the preparation, delivery and implementation of wealth strategies.u2022 Coordinate with clientsu2019 network of professionals, in the implementation of estate, income tax, investment, insurance, and executive compensation planning.u2022 Contribute to strategic planning discussions involving multi-generational wealth transfer and legacy preservation.u2022 Research various financial, investment, tax, and estate planning issues.u2022 Review of quarterly and ad hoc client performance reports, utilizing proprietary software. Required Qualifications:u2022 CFPu00ae designation.u2022 Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in Financial planning, with a focus on UHNW clients.u2022 Knowledge of complex wealth management strategies (i.e., estate planning and trust administration, tax planning, inheritance and legacy planning, charitable and philanthropic strategies, etc.).u2022 Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to synthesize complex Financial data.u2022 Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Attributes:u2022 Experience working in a multi-disciplinary wealth management environment.u2022 Familiarity with family of?ice structures and multi-generational planning.u2022 Proficient in financial reporting software and AI tools u2013 eMoney, Tamarac, Salesforce, Microsoft Of?ice, Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGPT. The approximate pay range for this position is $97,692 to $150,000, plus an opportunity to earn performance-based incentives.
