Supervising Clinician

In addition, the Supervising Clinician will oversee the workflow of the department and supervise, collaborate with, and support team members to ensure a patient-focused approach to care. Qualified Candidate will be a NYS licensed, board-certified Physician OR an experienced FNP- see further details for each title below; position requires BLS certification; awareness of and sensitivity to the issues and health disparities faced by underserved populations is essential . Job Type: Full-time Required Education/License/Experience: u00b7 Licensed Physician registered with the New York State Education Department; Board certified in a medical specialty- Internal Family Medicine, Pediatrics preferred; minimum of two (2) years of experience in an active medical practice, with proven administrative/supervisory responsibilities preferred OR u00b7 Licensed FNP registered with the New York State Education Department, with a minimum of five (5) years of experience, including staff supervisory and administrative experience Required certification(s): BLS Salary ranges: u00b7 Physician: $ 210,000 - 220,000 u00b7 FNP: $140,000 - 150,000 The actual rate of pay offered will be based on a variety of individualized factors, including but not limited to a candidateu2019s skills, relevant experience, educational background, internal equity, and market considerations.
