Credit Analyst II

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Waukesha State Bank is seeking a skilled CreditAnalyst II to support our Commercial Banking team through thoughtful,accurate credit analysis and sound underwriting judgment. In this role,you will independently prepare detailed credit presentations, assessborrower financial strength, evaluate risk, and collaborate closely withbankers throughout the loan approval process. You'll play a key role inspreading and analyzing financial statements and tax returns, reviewingcredit reports and collateral, presenting recommendations to loancommittees, and ensuring all decisions align with bank policy andregulatory requirements. The ideal candidate brings at least three yearsof commercial credit analysis experience, strong analytical andquantitative skills, and the ability to interpret complex financialinformation with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
