Eatonu2019s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Cycle Counter 2nd Shift in El Paso at our 7800 Trade Center Avenue facility. The scheduled hours are Tuesday through Friday from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. The rate for this position is $17.68 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. In this function, you will: u2022 Assist in the development and maintenance of the cycle count program. u2022 Conduct cycle counts per ABC classification and frequency parameters in the ERP system. u2022 Monitor and maintain the accuracy of all inventory bin locations, vendor-managed inventory, and transit material. u2022 Generate, maintain, and monitor reports to communicate inventory accuracy. u2022 Work with team members to streamline processes. u2022 Perform root cause analysis on errors. u2022 Manage & Update standard operating procedures for the inventory management system. u2022 Lead yearly physical inventory process and develop standard work instructions. u2022 Train new employees on yearly physical inventory processes. u2022 Cross-trainable in Shipping and Receiving. u2022 Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations. u2022 Contribute to a positive team environment. u2022 Maintains housekeeping to keep work areas clean, safe, and hazard-free Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: u2022 High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. u2022 Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment u2022 Minimum of 1 year of previous experience with Microsoft (primarily Excel) u2022 Previous inventory experience u2022 Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Forklift certified or willing to be certified u2022 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment u2022 2+ years of previous experience with ERP/MRP Software u2022 SAP System Knowledge #IND123 Skills: Position Criteria: u2022 Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal format in English. u2022 Forklift certified u2022 Ability to use SAP system u2022 Individual accountability u2022 Works well with a team u2022 Excellent attention to detail u2022 Strong Organizational skills u2022 Ability to stand on feet continuously during working shifts.
