In addition to great benefits, you will receive 2 sets of FREE scrubs.As a Health Plan Nurse at Apple Valley Village Health Care Center, you will serve as a liaison to residents insurance benefits while supporting the Case Manager with Medicare scheduling, monthly billing, charting, and notices of non-coverage. Youll collaborate with Admissions, the Case Manager, and the Supply Coordinator, lead Medicare team meetings, ensure physician certifications are obtained, and perform additional duties as needed to support quality care and compliance. Position Type: Full-Time, benefit eligible position. You will also be a part of the Nurse Manager Weekend and Holiday rotation.
