The RoleWe are looking for a People Operations Data Analyst to build and maintain People Operations dashboards using Present and related BI platforms. This role is primarily execution-focused, translating data, metrics, and requirements provided by the HRBP into clear, accurate, and decision-ready dashboards.What Youll Do:Build and maintain People Ops dashboards based on inputs and datasets provided by the HRBP.Develop dashboards covering headcount, attrition, hiring, performance, engagement, and DEI.Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and visualization needs.Ensure dashboards are accurate, easy to interpret, and visually clean.Iterate quickly on dashboards in response to HRBP feedback.Document metrics definitions and dashboard logic for consistency and reuse. What We Expect From You:5-8+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or dashboard development.Strong experience with Present or similar BI tools (Superset-based platforms, Tableau, Looker, Power BI).Advanced SQL skills.Experience working with HR / People data.Ability to work effectively from defined requirements and stakeholder inputs.
