We're looking for employees who get excited about pioneering novel solutions to new, complex challenges.ResponsibilitiesThe Identity Engineer will serve as the technical expert responsible for application integration, support, design and implementation of access enterprise platforms within the authentication and identity lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be able to design, develop, test and maintain solutions that exceed our customers' needs.Develop workflows and interfaces that delight our customersDevelop elegant, maintainable, testable, and reusable codeTake responsibility for the solution from design to deploymentInterface with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate documenting and analysis of requirements, solution design, development, testing, and Production deploymentEnsure documentation allows for stakeholders and developers to integrate with the solution to be successfulTake ownership of and resolve technical issues from development to productionEnsure quality of developed code through testing and lessons learnedFocus on process improvements via innovative methods to assist in the automation of manual tasksExpected to be a key contributor in roadmap development to advance the Identity Services team and add continuous value for our internal and customer teamsParticipate in code reviews, integration, and deployment eventsDevelopment experience specifically with Ping identity tools and SailPoint Identity IIQ QualificationsUnited States Citizen. Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the futureMust be eligible to obtain a secret or top secret security clearanceA bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related fields; or equivalent work experience3-5+ years of experience in deploying and managing an IGA platform with a demonstrated ability to work across a broad range of technologies, such as multi-tiered architecture, databases, and LDAP, to deliver complex solutionsHands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) including connector development, workflow configuration, and policy managementSubject matter expert for core IGA capabilities: Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Management, Identity Governance, and Access CertificationDevelopment experience in Java, REST/SOAP API, and a variety of other integration methods (LDAP, JDBC, Flat file)Strong scripting knowledgeExperience with one or more databases: Oracle, MS SQL, and MySQLAdvanced skillset in collaboration and can lead team-oriented projects effectively without the need for guidance or support across all situationsStrong familiarity with security issues surrounding Identity Access Management and experience in implementing security systems and controls. Must have a deep knowledge of security components, principles, practices, and proceduresMust have a strong mastery of identity tools like Ping Federate, Forgerock, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or Radiant Logic DifferentiatorsFamiliarity with connecting various SSO platformsExperience with other IAM / ICAM toolsExperience with Agile development methodologyMastery of JIRA and ConfluenceSailPoint IdentityIQ certificationsLocationThis role is offered as a remote position with required onsite presence in Dayton, OH once per month. Travel costs will be covered for non-local candidates. SalaryThe base salary range for this position is between $180,000-$195,000 and varies based on experience.
