IT Business Analyst

Position Summary: The Business Systems Analyst will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Responsible for supporting and improving business systems while also providing hands-on technical support across IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and virtual environments.This includes troubleshooting and developing solutions to business problems, operational area consulting, systems architectures, project management and implementation evaluation.The position bridges business applications and core IT infrastructure. While maintaining knowledge of current information technology and business requirements to recommend solutions consistent with company and departmental objectives.The position requires extensive interaction with business systems, user community and IT staff.
