The Investing Process Engineer will be responsible for understanding and improving the investing processes across all PCC Structurals casting plants. This includes hands-on involvement in process control, implementation of best practices, and driving cost-saving initiatives. The role will also focus on collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and communicating with various levels of operations, engineering, and management.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSGain in-depth knowledge of the investing processes across all Structurals casting plants.Lead and implement process improvement projects, coordinating necessary resources and ensuring measurable cost-saving results.Host regular sessions to share and review investing best practices among all plants.Assist in maintaining and enhancing process control within the core facility.Drive multiple projects including raw material qualification and system upgrades throughout the Structurals plants.Work with multi-disciplinary teams and communicate effectively with all levels of operations, engineering, and management.Identify and support R&D initiatives, including source development, system upgrades, and new shell system implementation.Propose and lead additional projects in process improvement, engineering, and R&D.Travel to different plants and facilities as needed.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
