We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Office Coordinator to help us reach our goals. Unlock your potential Job Summary and Qualifications As a Business Office Coordinator, you will contribute to the companyu2019s mission, vision, and values by coordinating the daily operations of the business office. You will oversee functions of scheduling, chart preparation, patient registration, insurance verification and collecting patient deposits. What you will do in this role: + Ensure that assigned areas are staffed by coordinating your teamu2019s schedule daily + You will be responsible for completing chart preparation, data entry, collections, insurance verification and pre-certification as required by insurance plans + You will reconcile daily front office collections + Work with the nurse manager and/or nurse coordinator to ensure your daily schedule is streamlined + You will be responsible for opening and/or closing procedures of the facility What Qualifications you will need: + Minimum 2 years of experience in medical office setting highly preferred (i.e. ambulatory surgery center, hospital, doctors office) + Lead or supervisory experience preferred North AustinSurgery Center is a HCA Healthcare affiliated, AAAHC accredited, ambulatory surgerycenter.
