You should be a highly-charged communicator with one hand in the cookie jar of Onsite Content Creation and another hand in culinary writing. What we desire: a Subject Matter Expert who revels in crafting and updating content for our food-focused website, while nurturing visitors in their inspired-led journeys that closely align with the Whole Foods Market brand. We are not shy about our passion for nourishing people and the planet, and neither should you be. We are a selective and diverse group of writers who collaborate, consult, condense, review, and strategize with the intention of providing customer-obsessed communication. You should have a portfolio of blow-me-away editorial food writing skills. Not the stuffy, white table-cloth kind of writing, but the approachable, next-door neighbor type of writing that showcases your love for the latest recipe, ingredient, restaurant, or hack. You must include your writing portfolio to help us learn more about your epic editorial skills. Key job responsibilities u2022 Channel owner for editorial content on u2022 Working knowledge of Content SEO u2022 Create and manage monthly content plans that support all projects (e.g., holiday catering, in-store events, weekly sales) u2022 Write and edit all copy for editorial articles and landing pages. u2022 Build and edit articles and landing pages in website CMS frontend. u2022 Collaborate with designers on photo selection, design, and overall strength of each. u2022 Collaborate with business partners and balance their needs with a commitment to positive solutions. Skills: u2022 Ability to write in diverse styles while keeping the Whole Foods Market voice prevalentu2014everything from short, snappy copy to informational and promotional copy. u2022 Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency. u2022 Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. u2022 Working knowledge of Figma. u2022 Working knowledge of AI. u2022 Familiar with Whole Foods Market culture, brand, Core Values and Quality Standards. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
