USD $22.00/Hr. - The Job in a Nutshell:The Bulk Order Puller is responsible for pulling items, placing items in totes and assembling the totes on pallets that will then be loaded onto our delivery trucks, and shipped to our stores. Maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to your co-workers and fellow team members.Applications are accepted by the date below, which may be updated if the hiring timeline is extended.01/28/2026ResponsibilitiesReceives store orders and using totes, proceeds down the aisles and using an RF Scanner select items and removes the merchandise from the shelf and puts it into the totes in accordance with information provided on the store orderResponsible for efficiently filling store orders and delivering them to the delivery area in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivityResponsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filledAll work areas must be kept clean and free of debrisPerforms all operations in a manner that promotes safetyMay be assigned to other warehouse duties as neededAlthough this is a general outline of job responsibilities all employees are expected to be 'hands on' and do whatever it takes to get the job done and make the company thrive.QualificationsPrior order pulling / warehouse experience preferredAbility to read, write and speak English clearly and concisely Forklift experience requiredHas good attention to detail; accuracy and thoroughness is a mustAbility to work with others in a fast-paced team environmentFlexibility with working hours to accommodate warehouse needsMust be reliable and on time every dayAble to work in seasonally warm or cool environmentAble to assist in other departments as neededBasic Computer Experience- Data EntryPhysical RequirementsMust have the ability to lift 70 lbs, repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs.Requires the use of both arms and both hands with full range of motionMust be able to bend at the waist and knees, twist, push and pull on a frequent basisMust be able to kneel, squat, and climb as neededMust be able to reach overhead and away from the bodyMust be able to walk and stand for at least 90% of the timeThis job description is not an employment contract.
