After the completion of the construction period, the role will transition to an administrative position at the office.Title:Construction Site AdministratorLocation:PhoenixPay: $25 - $30/hrOn-Site- Project Office 5 days /weekTravel- N/APerform general administrative and clerical duties at the site officePrepare, organize, and manage construction-related documentsSupport document preparation for the Site Manager and other Supervisors (construction personnel)Prepare, manage, and maintain site management documents and recordsArrange the purchase of leased equipment and consumable materials for the site, and process related expense reimbursementsCheck and follow up on delivery schedules for KAI-procured itemsProvide guidance and support to KWI business travelers, including accommodation and transportation arrangementsAssist in the preparation of procurement-related documentation for KAIAnswer phone calls and greet visitorsCommunicate and coordinate with subcontractors and vendorsProcess invoices, receipts, and simple accounting supportOrder and manage office supplies and site materialsSupport document preparation for the Site Manager and other Supervisors (construction personnel)No advanced construction knowledge is required at the time of hiring.Necessary knowledge will be provided on the job.Education & Work Experience■ Required QualificationsBasic PC skills (Word, Excel, email)Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work carefully and accurately with documentsBasic PC skills, including Word, Excel, and OutlookDocument preparation, data organization, and filing skillsEffective communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProfessional manners for visitor reception and telephone handling■ Preferred QualificationsExperience in the construction industryExperience as a site clerk, administrative assistant, or office staffStrong organizational and time-management skillsCandidates with Japanese language proficiency will be given preference.Candidates with Japanese language proficiency may be asked to provide interpretation supportEqual Opportunity Employer, including Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities
