Job Description

The Stadium Custodian is a vital team member of the Stadium Operations team, responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for guests and staff. This role ensures all areas of the facility, including seating, suites, offices, and common spaces, meet established standards of cleanliness and presentation. Custodians support event readiness, uphold safety protocols, and contribute to a positive experience for everyone in the stadium.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Clean and maintain all stadium areas, including offices, suites, restrooms, and public spaces, using proper methods and equipmentCare for stadium equipment and property by storing items properly, cleaning regularly, reporting damage, and notifying management of any misuseKeep custodial storage areas organized and ensure supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper are stocked throughout the facilityAssist with inventory tracking for janitorial supplies and paper productsOperate industrial cleaning equipment, including vacuums, carpet extractors, and floor buffersAdhere to department procedures for handling cleaning chemicals, operating equipment, maintaining supply rooms, and managing hazardous materials safelyPerform additional cleaning and operational tasks as assigned by supervisors or managementQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
