We are growing and looking for a detail‑oriented HVAC Parts Coordinator to support our technicians and ensure smooth daily operations.Position SummaryThe HVAC Parts Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our HVAC service and installation teams by managing parts inventory, coordinating ordering and returns, and ensuring technicians have the materials they need to complete jobs efficiently and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder, track, and receive HVAC parts and equipment for service and install teamsMaintain accurate inventory levels and organize stock in the warehouseCoordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departmentsIssue parts to technicians and track usageProcess returns, warranties, and exchangesMaintain accurate records in inventory and work order systemsAssist with cycle counts and inventory auditsCommunicate proactively to prevent job delays due to parts availabilityQualificationsHVAC parts, warehouse, or inventory experience preferredKnowledge of HVAC equipment and materials strongly preferredExperience using ServiceTitan is a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast‑paced environmentComfortable using inventory, dispatch, and basic computer systemsStrong communication and teamwork skillsValid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs as neededWhy Join F.H.
