Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.**Corgan has an in-office work environment. This position is onsite Mon - Fri. This is not a hybrid position, nor is it remote. **Responsible for the development and implementation of projects, while also pursuing business development efforts.Collaborate and strategize with our Education Leadership and other leadership on project pursuits to maintain existing client relationships and establish new businessCommitment to design excellence and ingenuity, as well as outstanding service to existing and new clientsEstablish credibility through strong project management skills in the Education market sectorExceed client and business objectives by inspiring and motivating a team, developing their skills and encouraging professional growth to continue cultivating our Education presenceProvide high level guidance to project teams throughout all project phasesBachelors or Masters of Architecture - must be an NAAB accredited degree (required)15+ years experience that includes Education project experience locally (required)Professional registration in architecture (required)Passion for driving business development for this studio with demonstrated experience doing so (required)Strong organizational, time management and communication skillsFamiliarity with Revit, AutoCAD and other graphics-related programs preferredQualified candidates should exhibit a strong aptitude for business development, strategic leadership skills, presentation skills and high self-motivationMust have convincing conceptual design skills as well as an entrepreneurial spiritAbility to collaborate in team environment with clients of all calibersFlexible attitude and high energyCorgan creates opportunities for personal and professional growth that bring out the best in ourselves and those around us by sharpening skills, leveraging technology, and encouraging communication.
