Flagger Force,an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring an Compliance Coordinator to work out of our Hummelstown, PA location.The Compliance Coordinator plays a critical role in protecting the integrity of our payroll and operational processes. The position will be responsible for identifying, auditing, and helping resolve discrepancies related to time reporting, fuel usage, and truck activity. Monitor Company vehicle usage and report any unauthorized truck activityAnalyze fuel card transactions to identify patterns of misuse, such as fueling personal vehicles or unautorized fuel storage.Audit employee timesheets using GPS data to detect inflated hours and verify time accuracy.Collaborate with all internal business umits to confirm whether additional time was client-approved nd obtain written approval when necessary.Ensure time discrepancies are addressed prior to w eekly payroll processing deadlines.Review and audit travel time, flagging inconsistencies or non-compliant submissions.Recommend process improvements and controls rlated to payroll accuracy, field reporting and compliance.Document audit findings and work with corss-functional teams to implement corrective actions.Support the Payroll Supervisor with ad-hoc analyses and special projects as needed.In addition to the functions listed above, the employee is expected to act in accordance with company values, vision and mission, to exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all clients and co-workers, demonstrate leadership, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrate a positive attitude, communicate effectively with co-workers and clients, work with accuracy, efficiency and close attention to detail, maintain good attendance by working when and where directed, respect the work environment and keep it as neat and clean as possible and exercise initiative to learn new skills and tasks.
