Hybrid work location enables hands-on training and professional growth combined with flexibility.What you will do:Perform semi-annual reserve reviewsPrepare reports and analyze data in support of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportingCreate monthly and quarterly actual vs. expected reportsProduce and reconcile Schedule P annuallyPrepare reports in support of Actuarial Opinion annuallySupport various needs for IFRS 17 reportingPerform ad-hoc analyses as directedWhat YOU will bring to C&F:Minimum of one year actuarial experience, college graduates will be considered with relevant internship experienceSuccessful completion of one actuarial exam, two preferredProficient in Microsoft Excel; SQL knowledge preferredStrong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills and attention to detailStrong problem solving abilityAbility to work efficiently and independently with guidance as well as collaboratively.Competitive compensation packageGenerous 401K employer matchEmployee Stock Purchase plan with employer matchingGenerous Paid Time OffExcellent benefits that go beyond health, dental & vision. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $68,200.00 to a maximum of $100,000.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range.
