Our best-in-class analytics coupled with industry-leading expertise make MPOWERHealth the company our customers can rely on no matter what lies ahead.Benefits:Multiple medical plan optionsHealth Savings Account with company contributionsDental & vision coverage for you and your dependents401k with Company matchVacation, sick time & Company paid holidaysCompany wellbeing program with health insurance incentivesESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:To review and respond to all Attorney requests received via mail, fax, and email, included but not limited to:SubpoenasBilling and medical records requestsAffidavit requestsDrafts and prepares records and affidavits pertaining to LOP casesCreates invoices and accepts payments for attorney and third-party records requestsTracks and follows up with outstanding requests and invoicesEnsures records are distributed within the legal time limitsProvides customer service via telephone, email and in person dailyFollow-up on outstanding LOPsJob Requirements:Ability to review motions, subpoenas, complaints, and requests for records and independently determine how to process the matter most efficientlyPrepare detailed correspondence for both internal and external audiencesEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with othersOrganized, able to manage time effectively and efficiently, customer service-oriented, with professional phone presentation, advanced computer skills, ability to research and resolve LOP billing questionsKnowledge of the insurance industryProfessionalism in all dealings, both internal and externalAbility to clearly communicate, both verbally and in writingMinimum of 3 years Medical Records experienceHeavy experience in attorney and LOP casesKnowledge of laws that regulate communication and privacy act.
