Come, stay, and grow with us.The Welder's primary function is to fabricate and assemble rings.Job Duties:Must follow guide from Lead person(s) for basic assembly of rings.Mig welding machine partsMust be able to work within multiple departments and run multiple machinesCommunicate any issues that arise effectively Safely operate machines while maintaining a clean and safe work areaUse of assorted metal cutting saws and electric handheld and manual tools.Operate multiple press breaks.Bench Assembly - Assembling products together per company standards.Machining of component parts - use of sharp cutting tools to remove excess material from a part.Other duties as assigned.Additional Requirements:Basic math skillsTape measure readingExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsMust be flexible - OT and weekends are required as neededAbility to use low voltage electric current readers. Ability to operate a manual/electric hand truck in and between multiple departmentsCompensation:This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $18.00-$20.00/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
