We are seeking a motivated Nurse Case Manager to join our dynamic team and help support injured workers through high‑quality, cost‑effective care management.Why this Role Matters!As a Nurse Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating care, guiding treatment plans, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for injured workers. Your clinical expertise, communication skills, and ability to manage complex cases will directly influence the success of our claims and the well‑being of the individuals we serve.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate care and guide injured workers through the treatment processCommunicate regularly with medical providers and document clinical updatesFacilitate timely and appropriate return‑to‑work plansAssign field case managers and manage hospital discharge planningMonitor treatment progress and intervene when cases need additional supportServe as a medical resource to claims adjustersReview and process pharmacy prior authorization requests in ScriptAdvisorActive RN license2+ years of clinical experience (case management, rehab, ortho, or utilization review preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize, work independently, and manage a fast‑paced caseloadExcellent time‑management, organizational, and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
