The Construction Administration Systems Manager is responsible for administering, creating, optimizing, and supporting software platforms used by the Construction Administration | Arch group efficiently and accurately. Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.Software & Technology ManagementServe as the firm’s primary Procore administratorConfigure and maintain Procore projects, permissions, workflows, and templatesEnsure Procore is used consistently with firm standards and best practicesAct as the main point of contact with Procore support and account representativesEvaluate new software tools and recommend improvements or replacements as workflows evolveManage software licensing (as assigned), renewals, and usage trackingEnsure software integrations function properly across platforms, in coordination with ITEngage in continuous processes improvement, to emphasis efficiency within the teamDevelop, document, and maintain digital workflows, standards, and best practicesCreate and oversee management tools for the construction administration processesFosters open and positive communication channels between the architecture firm, contractors, and the project stakeholdersProvide technical administrative strategy under the guidance of the Practice lead to include, scheduling, hosting meetings and providing leadership through team approachAddresses any concerns promptly and transparentlyParticipate in scheduled 1:1 growth meetingsParticipate in company learning events, company outreach and team buildingBachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience working in an architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) firmSubject Matter Expert and Hands-on experience administering ProcoreStrong understanding of architectural project workflows and construction documentationAbility to train and support users with varying levels of technical expertiseStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience developing firm-wide standards and workflowsExperience with BIM software (Revit, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud) preferredFamiliarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and other AEC industry tools preferredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficient with Microsoft office, Teams, Sharepoint, PowerBi and associated MS office toolsKnowledgeable at reading and understanding design documents (Architectural, Civil, MEP, Structural, Interiors and others)Knowledgeable at understanding Contract Documents (Prime contracts) and Change Documentation and Dispute resolutionDetail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyTravels when needed to Parkhill offices to train staff. 10% or less of time.Host, train and create training programs, including present at seminarsBenefits and PerksWe offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
