The incumbent will be a key member of the TA team and will ensure we deliver a world-class candidate experience - where every candidate feels appreciated, supported and impressed.Recruitment OperationsActs as a subject matter expert and is a trusted resource for all Talent Acquisition process & candidate experience questions.Functions as SME for Talent Acquisition systems - Applicant Tracking, Background Checks, LinkedIn, etc.Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality in TA operationsRuns monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports in support of the TA functionEnsures the ATS is accurate and up to date with job and candidate informationMay be responsible for creating new requisitions and posting positions internally and externally.May be responsible for initiating and monitoring background checksCandidate CareChampion the Candidate Experience: Be accountable for every step of the interview process to ensure a seamless, positive, and personalized experience.Coordinate interviews (phone, video, and onsite) with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. Ensures that logistics are properly planned and communicated, and any changes are addressed promptly.Schedule debrief meetings for hiring teamsEnsures a seamless hand off to new hire onboarding.Contingent WorkersOwns the contingent staffing process, working in partnership with HR Business Partner(s), HR Operations, Hiring Managers and Vendors to ensure temporary hiring needs are managed through a consistent process, coordinates with TA/Recruiters to interview/evaluate candidates for temporary roles.Coordinate legal review for any new vendors and SOW’s that are required for temporary hiring.Ensures a seamless transition to onboarding for temporary staffEnsures that contingent staff are tracked and offboarded at the end of their assignments.At least 3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations combined with at least 2 years of previous experience in a customer service focused roleStrong technical competence in MS OfficeExperience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking (or a high level of technical competency in similar Applicant Tracking Systems)Ability to see “around corners” and to anticipate potential challengesExceptional customer service orientation combined with a strong sense of urgencyExceptional written & verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.Envision Your FutureWith the exciting energy of a winning culture and an exhilarating pace, we are an ophthalmology companycommitted topreventing blindnessby developing and commercializing innovative therapeutics.The collective power of our values influences everything we do, and everything we do for you.Transformational InnovationWe exist to change our patients’ lives through the power of sight.
