This role requires strong Windows desktop support experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. The technician will act as the local 'hands and feetâ resource for IT implementations and ongoing support.Duties and Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 deskside and remote support for Windows-based systemsDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, and chatImage, deploy, and troubleshoot desktops and laptopsSupport Microsoft Office 365 applications and Microsoft TeamsServe as the primary point of contact for IT vendors during system implementationsAssist with testing IT implementations, including network access, wireless connectivity, and telephonyCoordinate and manage relationships between IT vendors and local client support teamsDeliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional presence with end users
