CONCESSIONS STAND WORKER The Role:The Concession Stand Worker is responsible for providing excellent customer service by selling products and efficiently processing electronic payments using a point-of sale (POS) system in a non-cash venue. Join us to make legends happen Responsibilities:The Concession Stand Worker is responsible for providing excellent customer service by selling products and efficiently processing electronic payments using a point-of sale (POS) system in a non-cash venue. All Concession Stand Workers report directly to the Concessions Manager of their assigned level.u2022 Prepares simple menu items.u2022 Sells items, collects payment via POS (Non- cash environment) u2022 Interact with customers in order to assure customer satisfaction.u2022 Carefully enters all sales into the POS system to ensure that all purchases are accurately recorded.u2022 Clean up; store product; remove trash and garbage to dumpster.u2022 Serves patronsu2019 food and beverage order quickly in proper portions with a courteous demeanor.u2022 Verifies I.D. on all customers ordering alcohol.u2022 Suggestively sell and up sell items.u2022 Maintains a clean, neat and safe work area.u2022 Interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards, company inventory procedures.u2022 Ability to perform arithmetic operation involving all United States monetary units (add, subtract, multiply and divide).Qualifications:u2022 All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.u2022 Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.u2022 Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.u2022 Must be able to work fluently in English.u2022 Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions.u2022 Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps.u2022 Ability to work all Stadium events, including: extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.u2022 Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.u2022 Must have state and local health requirements for food handlers/ ServSafe Certifications and RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certified.
