Description Bookkeeper with ERP Systems Experience in the Manufacturing Industry in Massapequa, Long Island, NY Anna Parson at Robert Half is working with a Manufacturing client seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with hands-on ERP systems experience to join their dynamic Bookkeeping team. As the Bookkeeper, you will: + Manage the full-cycle month-end close process, including preparing entries and reconciliations, and supporting internal and external reporting. + Process full cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. + Oversee sales tax returns + Collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency. + Prepare and analyze internal financial reports for management and contribute innovative ideas to improve financial operations. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role. u2022 Proficiency in ERP accounting software. u2022 Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. u2022 Experience with bank reconciliations and journal entries. u2022 Familiarity with preparing and filing sales tax returns. u2022 Ability to produce accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. u2022 Excellent organizational and time management skills. u2022 Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in financial records.
