Description We are looking for a talented Email Designer to join our team in Miami, Florida. This contract-to-permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to create visually compelling email campaigns that enhance customer engagement and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in design tools, email marketing platforms, and a collaborative approach to working with internal teams. Responsibilities: u2022 Design and maintain scalable email templates that align with organizational branding and goals. u2022 Ensure email designs adhere to best practices, including accessibility, responsiveness, and compatibility across various devices and clients. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to create visually impactful campaigns that drive engagement and meet business objectives. u2022 Implement dark mode considerations and responsive behavior to optimize user experience across different platforms. u2022 Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to develop high-quality visual content. u2022 Analyze performance metrics to refine design strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. u2022 Support the long-term growth of email marketing programs by developing innovative design solutions. u2022 Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. u2022 Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering results with efficiency and precision. u2022 Incorporate feedback from testing and analysis to continuously enhance design quality. Requirements u2022 Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. u2022 Proven ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. u2022 Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. u2022 Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce and Braze is a plus. u2022 Strong understanding of email design principles, including accessibility and responsive design. u2022 Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders. u2022 Ability to analyze campaign data and apply insights to improve design strategies. u2022 Commitment to delivering high-quality work with attention to detail and creativity.
