Description Financial Aid & Accounts Receivable Coordinator Job Summary: The Financial Aid & Accounts Receivable Coordinator supports students by assisting with financial aid processes while also managing student account receivables. This role works closely with financial aid, student accounts, and bursar teams to ensure accurate billing, payments, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: + Advise students on financial aid programs, eligibility, and application steps (FAFSA, grants, loans) + Review and process financial aid applications and verification documents + Assist with awarding and packaging financial aid in compliance with regulations + Post student payments, scholarships, and financial aid disbursements to accounts + Manage accounts receivable activities, including billing, payment plans, and follow-ups on balances + Reconcile student accounts and resolve discrepancies + Communicate with students regarding balances, payments, and account questions + Maintain accurate records in the student information and financial systems + Collaborate with financial aid, bursar, and admissions departments Requirements Qualifications: + Experience in financial aid, student accounts, or accounts receivable + Knowledge of FAFSA and higher education billing processes preferred + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Customer service experience in a student-facing environment + Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial or student systems Please send your resume to Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
