Demonstrates clinical competence in relevant areas of acute care nursing. Provides patient-centric customer service with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Floats between assignments as needed to provide comprehensive patient care. Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, and documents information accurately. Remains calm and focused during stressful and emotionally charged situations. Deals efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of individuals. Applies knowledge of regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Moves or lifts patients and equipment safely. Works flexible hours, including rotating call and weekends. Other duties as assigned. [Required] u2022 Unit specific competency must be met per the orientation pathway. [Required] u2022 Knowledge of computerized documentation systems such as Cerner is preferred. u2022 Phlebotomy experience preferred. u2022 Previous hospital or nursing home experience preferred.
