Mechanical Assembler

_IMMEDIATELY HIRING_ : Mechanical Assemblers in Warminster Paying up to $22/hr Job Description The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for the layout and fabrication of components using schematics to cut and/or weld components from raw metal materials in order to create finished products. The role involves assembling various mechanical components for walk-in freezers, environmental rooms, automotive test benches, calorimeters, and other custom equipment. Responsibilities + Read and comprehend process flow and engineering schematics. + Fabricate metal components from engineering drawings using saws, plasma cutter, bending sheet metal, and basic power tools. + Install fabricated and purchased mechanical components using lifts or hoists if necessary, including shafts, levers, and bearings. + Assemble packaged components including modular insulated room panels. + Follow safety policies and practice 5S and Lean methodologies. Essential Skills + Experience in building custom equipment or machinery. + Proficiency with hand tools and possession of basic tools. + Strong mechanical aptitude and skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools. + Mechanical abilities. + 2-4 years of technical school training. Why Work Here?
