The Role + As a Senior Staff UX Researcher (L7), you will serve as the strategic anchor for Response Quality. This is not just about evaluating features; it is about defining the fundamental logic of the interface. You will be responsible for helping quantify success and creating scalable frameworks for the future of Generative AI. In this role, you will partner directly with Engineering and Product Leadership. You will ensure that our interaction models are scalable, intuitive, and cognitively efficient. Key responsibilities: Define Model Alignment & Interaction Standards: You will establish insights and principles to bridge the gap between model intelligence and interaction. Architect Strategic Measurement & Future Opportunities: Lead insights into high-priority investment areas within the model landscape. You will invent rigorous methodologies to quantify complex user needs, creating the durable standards that guide the organizationu2019s long-term strategy. Drive Product Impact through Strong Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineer, Research Science and Design leadership to translate complex research findings into actionable product and/or model insights. Your insights will directly influence the model and product roadmap. Drive Engineering Efficiency & Scalability: Partner deeply with Engineering leadership to translate user needs into scalable frameworks. You will guide technical investment away from one-off
