Preferred qualifications: + Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. + 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization. + 2 years of experience leading design projects. + Experience in ads, search, or related product spaces. + Experience driving technical development. + Excellent scripting and coding skills (e.g., developing React applications or Figma plugins).
