Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 6 years of visual design experience in product design or UX/UI design. + Experience in design patterns, layout construction, and expressing design systems within Figma. + Experience with Figma features such as auto layout, components, variants, variables, and design tokens. + Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions). Preferred qualifications: + Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. + 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization. + 2 years of experience leading design projects. + Experience in ads, search, or related product spaces. + Experience driving technical development. + Excellent scripting and coding skills (e.g., developing React applications or Figma plugins).
