As a Sr. Data and Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the strategic initiatives designed to improve the operational cash flow and organic revenue growth of the business. You will sit at the center of key initiatives that support all of Compass Group North Americau2014partnering closely with finance leaders, corporate executives, and operations teams to help shape strategy, improve KPIu2019s and drive performance of the business. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to executive leadership, meaningful ownership of reporting processes, and opportunities to drive continuous improvement across tangible areas of the business. What Youu2019ll Do u00b7 Own the preparation and delivery of live reporting dashboards used by leadership to make key decisions and track performance of initiatives u00b7 Act as a trusted finance partner to leadership, providing insights, analysis, and forward-looking projections to support strategic decisions u00b7 Lead and coordinate the implementation of new initiatives, ensuring timely, accurate, and meaningful impacts u00b7 Prepare, consolidate, and evaluate large data sets, summarize findings and provide recommendations for improvement opportunities u00b7 Utilize data analytics tools like Power Bi to analyze, load, and validate financial data across multiple data bases u00b7 Build and maintain executive ready dashboards and reports featuring KPIs and key financial metrics u00b7 Support ad hoc analyses and special projects that directly inform senior leadership and business strategy u00b7 Continuously look for ways to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen business performance u00b7 Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate finance and internal partners to ensure alignment and consistency across all reporting What Weu2019re Looking For u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance or Accounting u00b7 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting within a large organization u00b7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural curiosity for understanding the u201cwhyu201d behind the numbers u00b7 Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment u00b7 High attention to detail paired with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset u00b7 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights u00b7 Advanced Excel skills; u00b7 Power Bi Experience u00b7 Experience with Hyperion, Essbase, HFM, or SAP is a plus What Youu2019ll Gain u00b7 High visibility and regular interaction with senior leadership u00b7 Ownership of critical reporting and planning processes u00b7 Opportunities to influence strategic decisions and improve how the business operates u00b7 A collaborative team environment that values initiative, insight, and continuous improvement Apply to Compass Group today Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story ( Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
