Graphic Designer

Description We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with big brand and licensing experience. This is a contract position where you will play a key role in designing packaging and product visuals, while collaborating with licensor style guides to ensure brand consistency. Working on-site five days a week, youu2019ll contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced team environment focused on delivering high-quality designs across various product categories. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop packaging and product designs that align with brand guidelines and licensor style guides. u2022 Collaborate with other designers to create visually engaging graphics for a variety of products. u2022 Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to produce high-quality digital designs. u2022 Ensure all projects are completed within deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. u2022 Adapt to feedback and revisions to deliver market-ready designs. u2022 Work closely with team members to brainstorm creative concepts and innovative design solutions. u2022 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organization and prioritization skills. u2022 Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and align on design objectives. u2022 Contribute to expanding product lines, including dolls, stationery, and craft items. u2022 Maintain a strong focus on quality while adhering to the companyu2019s creative standards. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on packaging or product design. u2022 Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential. u2022 Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools and workflows. u2022 Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. u2022 Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities. u2022 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team. u2022 A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques and tools. u2022 Experience in crafting and activity-related design is a plus but not mandatory.
