As a Logistics Specialist , you willu2026 + Document all shipments and receipts; maintain organized files for future reference. + Compare purchase orders with received goods to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies or transit damage. + Maintain perpetual inventory of all warehouse items. + Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation. + Arrange outbound shipping for finished products: + Palletization and labeling + LTL, FTL, courier, or parcel shipments + Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs and improve efficiency. + Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or damages. + Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. + Collaborate with production and planning teams. + Execute assigned daily tasks from Sr Logistics Specialist.
