Description We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead complex healthcare transformation initiatives in Stillwater, Minnesota. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to drive impactful changes across clinical and operational workstreams while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong facilitation skills, and expertise in program management methodologies. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee the daily execution of healthcare transformation efforts, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple clinical and operational workstreams. u2022 Facilitate structured sessions with workstream teams, providing clarity, driving decisions, and delivering actionable outcomes. u2022 Translate executive directives into detailed plans with defined milestones, dependencies, risks, and ownership. u2022 Monitor progress on timelines, deliverables, and KPIs, identifying potential risks and addressing obstacles proactively. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operations, finance, analytics, and IT, to maintain alignment and integration. u2022 Create and maintain program materials, such as assessments, future-state designs, action plans, and decision logs. u2022 Work closely with finance and stakeholders to analyze financial impacts and validate assumptions. u2022 Prepare concise, executive-ready updates and presentations for governance bodies, steering committees, and decision forums. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 7 years of program management experience in consulting or contract roles, leading complex, cross-functional transformations. u2022 Proven track record in healthcare-related care model, operating model, or enterprise transformation projects. u2022 Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions. u2022 Expertise in translating strategic goals into actionable plans using structured transformation and change management techniques. u2022 Lean/Six Sigma experience is required; Black Belt certification is highly preferred. u2022 Strong financial and operational acumen, including knowledge of capacity modeling, cost analysis, and value realization. u2022 Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience delivering executive-level presentations. u2022 Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and achieve results within specified timeframes.
